If so, Magneti is looking for a marketing professional to fill the role of a Junior Visual/UI Designer. This role will work in collaboration with the Magneti team to deliver top-end marketing materials for regional, national, and global customers and will report to our Creative Director.

About the Role
The Jr. Visual/UI Designer at Magneti will play a vital role in our energetic Creative team. This position is responsible for building out user interfaces and thinking through user interactions for a diverse clientele, driving audience engagement and action.
Candidates should be skilled creators with a knack for crafting visual stories that resonate with target audiences. The right person for this role will demonstrate an adeptness for conversion-focused design that inspires action. With a deep understanding of client pain points and a growing understanding of design interfaces within digital marketing, a Jr. Visual/UI Designer will add value to campaign strategy through compelling creative production and a results-oriented approach.
Compelling design work will not just tell stories, but will also motivate, persuade, and convert – driving tangible outcomes and enhancing client satisfaction. We’re seeking a creative, results-oriented individual with an ability to craft designs that both connect on a human level and drive business results, ready to contribute to and grow with our team.
